BANK FROM HELL

I had a loan with FNB which I was paying monthly. At some point I lost my job but the minute I got a new job I made arrangements to pay the loan. Around April last year,there was money deposited in my account and FNB saw it fit to settle my loan without my consent. They took the balance without even informing me. I made several calls requesting that they deposit the money back to my account as the money wasn't even mine but it never happened

This year again,I just came out of dept review. All credit bureaus have cleared my name. I requested credit reports from all 4 major bureaus and I've been cleared. FNB says I'm still in review and they wont remove the flag from my name. I tried taking up a loan with other banks and it was approved but the bank that I've been a loyal client for so many years insists I'm still in review and wants nothing to do with me I'm so disappointed with FNB that I'm even thinking of cancelling every other account I have with them. They dont treat their loyal customers fair
