Bank ********** transactions

I inserted the card in the FNB ATM in Mapetla engen garage, I then pressed cancel after inserting the card but the machine did not respond. There after o pressed lost or ****** card...then the atm froze. I called the bank to stop and block the card, however, the transactions was already made yet I did not receive any money.
