Bank fica dept is terrible
Another day, another issue with fica. The bank business solutions does not show a company on the website. The bank is unable to assist me and sends me from one department to another with no one who is able to assist.

16 Aug 2022, 11:08my account is now blocked. i have been on the phone all morning with no one who is able to assist. i went to the branch yesterday to refresh my fica info. this is pathetic!!!
