Bank fees / debit orders

There’s overdrawn balance on my account. There was insufficient funds for some of the debit orders that were supposed to go from my account. I don’t understand why you did not reverse those failed debit orders as per norm. On top of that you charged me R625 and R90x2. At the end of the day those debit orders are my problem and I will choose if I want to provide for them or not. Please reverse them since there is insufficient funds or reduce those banking fees. Nothing justifies those fees nor you trying to control me. It’s always been straight forward, if there is no funds in an account- the debit order bounces so I don’t agree with this new nonsense of putting my account in a negative balance.
