Bank fee still not waved

So I went to FNB Gateway again to sort out my bank card which was not the first time I went, I went the first time and never got assisted I even wrote here ok the lady from the bank called me and we spoke over the phone I then went to the bank and finally got assisted and the man I forgot his name assisted me and told me that my new card bank fee was going to waved off but here I am sitting with a bank fee of R124 FNB is starting to be more like a **** I’m definitely considering moving to another bank that I can rely on
