Bank Error in transfer of funds in a wrong Account

Fnb Non Resie department made an error of transferring funds in my South African rand account instead of transferring it into my Global Forex Account.I wrote to emails to them after they notified me about the incoming funds from my Employer. As a norm, they asked where to transfer the funds and i did sent 2 emails telling them the funds were to be transferred into my Forex Global Account as i reside in Zimbabwe. To my surprise i was told they had alread transferred the funds into my rand account and they did this without my concern.Since this is the Non Resie departments fault,i i told the bank to fix the problem and even attached the transfer copy from the Bank in America showing the funds coming as forex. Now they told me they can send the money back to the Sender which will take so much time instead of fixing the issue in South Africa. This will affect the use of the funds as time is ticking and they should just re send the funds to the correct Account without delay. There is Corona Virus and because of the Variances, the Countries can decide to take further measures including the closure of boarders hence this will affect my traveling to SA.I want the FNB Non Resie department to resend the funds to my correct global Account without delay.

Thank you very much.I hope to receive a prompt respond. As usual the transfer instructions from your Employer and the bank in America were very clear and only one account was provided for the transfer of funds and my 2 emails stated that as well.I still don't know why the transfer was made into a rand account yet the information was very clear. The bank has admitted this as a mistake meaning they can just redirect the funds to the correct account without sending the funds back to the remitter.
Please kindly note the bank had been very good and professional when providing service to me for the past 3 years and this is just mistake which can be corrected amicably. In particular my branch in Musina has already treated and provided service to me in an extremely excerllent manner.
