FNB doesn't even deserve 1 star they are *******, the take people's monies for their benefit of business. Transactions that was made from my cheque account to Capitec Business account never reflected on Capitec yet FNB is claiming that the monies was transferred to Capitec. Many case of people I have came across that FNB freeze the monies and report to the owner of the account that monies was utilized by recipient while the monies is with FNB. They promised to bribe me with R7500 out of R83000 loss. I will expose this bank till I get justice.

20 Feb 2025, 11:21This is the 3rd reference number I'm receiving and none of them has been resolved. I wish there was a platform to share all the proof of communication between myself and FNB so that people will understand what this bank is doing behind closed doors.
