Bank does not care at all and will not help you when you need them to.

When you need your bank to help you and they are more useless then eskom... So with a death in the family the stress pain and everything is more then you can bare, the least you can do is have a bank that is competent. but no, FNB is so useless. Need an account closed, they close the wrong one, but freeze the correct one. unable to fix the incorrect closed account, and leave it as is and still do not close the correct one. Money accidentally goes in the frozen one, unable to get that money out. if the account was closed at it should have been there would be no issue. Sadly this bank has gone to the dogs and no1 cares there anymore. with banking with them over many, many, many years I am sad to say I am disappointed with them and do not recommend them at all for any reason.
