Bank Codes Letter

Hello Peter....

As I am writing this review I am appalled by FNB's response to the issue of Bank Codes unit. I have been business banking with them since 2017 and have requested two rating letters from them. I got the first one after complaining on this platform. Now on the 11th May 2020 I requested another one. Till today I haven't received anything. Should we first review on this platform before we could get the letters or maybe they are using skeleton staff?
