BANK CHARGES WHEN UNEMPLOYED

Please advise on how FNB can charge for both your monthly account fee when you not getting any income. I contact the bankers online they advise nothing I can do I need to go close my account. How can they advise that i must just go close my account or the fees will just keep being added....

Also my personal loan I am getting charged monthly for the insurance for FNBLife premium however they have been making payments on my behalf, the fees had been reversed on my credit card for insurance payments and want to know why I am being charged on my loan then
