Bank charges unrealistic

I had two debit orders with FNB which were supposed to deduct on the last day of the month but they go to my account before the date that we agreed on. Now my question is, who you is going to pay for the unpaid fee?

Before I had an account and within 4 months I was on arrears and it shows as overdraft on your side. I never app**** for an overdraft with you. And I certainly cannot have bank charges amounting to R9000 for just a period of 4 months.
