Bank Charges that are too high

I had rent money that I needed to pay today as FNB deducted a whole R700 and telling its bank charges from last month as I dont understand why there didn't deduct on my payday as I really need that money yet their charges are just getting worse as ive been banking with them for 15 years as there can't help me at all.
