Bank Charges Still Not Refunded!

Several months later and fnb still hasn't refunded me the bank charges they processed on my account. I cancelled the debit orders because credit life pays my creditcard, personal loan and overdraft. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I am so furious with Fnb it makes me sick. Every month i have to go through the same thing with them.
