Bank charges ******* from FNB

I have been banking with FNB for 15 years and suddenly from Jan 2019 i see bank charges of R120 going off my bank account. Their explanation is because FNB has honours transactions when there was no money in my bank account. Firstly i dont have an overdraft, secondly if i transact or swipe my card when there is no money the transaction declines. When i transact my bank balance reduces by the transaction amount and it goes into pending. Whats happening now is that some transactions take time from the merchants to FNB. When that happens days later, there is no money in the transactions pending (which is FNB's fault as they are supposed to deduct from my account at the time of the transaction), they then charge my account because they say you dont have money when the transaction if finally presented to them. Between January and now, 15 Feb i have lost R360 to these charges which i dont get as i dont have an overdraft on this account. Now i have been trying to get them reversed and my personal banker tells me FNB will not reverse the charges as its my fault. Now i am responsible for what happens in the background between FNB and the merchants..... really. This is nonsense and this is ****************.
