Bank charges on closed account

Good day,

On the 20th of March I requested my account *** to be closed. I was told by Christine Mtembu, from My Team of Bankers that the matter has been escalated and I will be contacted within 2 - 3 days.

I was not contacted but charged fees for March and April amounting to R252,50.

I have e-mailed the Share Investing division on the 1st of April, being given the reference number 85ZX961R, but the matter has not been resolved.

I then e-mailed again on the 16th of April and the matter is still not resolved.

Please contact me immediately as I will need a refund for the charges on the account.
