Bank charges gone for nothing
I went to FNB in woodmead on the 29 January to withdraw R20 000 from standing so long in the queue ,teller Sonia said charges will be R300 I said its too much rather transfer she said it's fine it will be R50i then told her it's to STD bank she said OK I went outside for account number n came back she said I have to go service desk to queue again whereas she didn't tell me I have to go that side didn't have a choice but to withdraw as I didn't have much time left, high charges because of *********** teller who don't know her work I am not happy with the service I got I should be reimbursed those charges
