BANK CHARGES FROM TRUST ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN A YEAR

I have been complaining about bank charges being debited from a Legal Practitioners Trust Account for more than a year. All they do is to call me and ask me lots of stupid questions like my phone number, ID number and account number, and then tell me that the problem was solved. Come next month, the bank charges are again debit from the trust account. I am tired of complaining. I am just going to change to another bank.
