BANK CHARGES ***** TRYING TO MAKE MONEY

I am sick and tired of the back and forth with this bank.

My personal loans are only supposed to be debited on the last day of the month, yet this month FNB decides to debit the 25th!!! now I am billed for missed debit orders because they decided to debit on the incorrect day,

This is day light ******* as it is R115 per missed debit order x 2 as well as Westbank also collecting on the same day, Now this is 3 fees!!!

Why the hell did this happen?!

I want all this fees reversed on my account. why did the policy not pay the loans again?!

I think I should move to a bank that actually works!!!
