BANK CHARGES FOR NO SERVICE RENDERED

I have not been using this account for the past 6years yet i am being billed for a service they never render to me next best thing they gonna default my name, I have settled my account a month ago i want this account closed and confirmation stating that has been closed. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BANK TO BANK WITH EVERYTHING IS A HASSLE AND YOU ALWAYS THROUGH TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT A BIG DONT GO TO FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR BANKS TO BANK WITH!!!!!!!
