Bank charges for an overdraft I don't have

Last month you guys allowed me to sort of go into overdraft but then you charge me bank charges of R700 and when I got paid I also used like R200 overdraft an then you guys charged me bank charges of R300. Why did you allow my account to go into overdraft but then charge ridiculous rates. Consumers that already struggle now you oppress them further, I used to be a platinum customer but was never treated like this. Why did you allow my account to go into overdraft. I am curious how the ombudsman will rule in this matter because this is daylight ******* as I do not have an overdraft facility.
