Bank Charges for a Pay as you go account.

I went into FNB branch in Krugerdorp President Hyper to close the account and the lady that assisted suggested I just change to an account that is like a pay as you go. I still pay for a cheque account and I dont use the account for anything but my funeral policy. I am been charged R109 for an account that one debit order goes off. I cant go into the branch due to Covid. There is also a R45 debit order for Sanlam I never signed or agreed for and I get charged R100 for the debit order that bounces, Can my account please be changed to what it should be.
