BANK CHARGES

I really don't know what to do anymore with FNB .

On the 30th June 2023 they cleaned my account, on the eve of my debit orders going out. Which resulted on all my debit orders returned unpaid. The matter was resolved and FNB paid the money back into my account, but in the process all those debit order had now the unpaid fees which amounts to almost R1,000.00. Now i m asking for them to reverse those charges as it was not my fault for the debit orders to be unpaid. I get shunted from pillar to post.

Since Beginning of July i have been told they are investigating. I have been calling and emailing and the response is "we are investigating. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS FOR HOW LONG MUST I WAIT.

FNB IS ALL OF A SUDDENLY TO BIG TO CARE ABOUT US SMALL FISHES YET WE ARE THE ONES THAT MADE IT TO BE WHAT IT IS TODAY.

IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY LIKE ME AND YOU LOOKING FOR A BANK TO JUST USE FOR YOUR SALARY AND YOUR DAY TO DAY THINGS, PLEASE DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT FNB. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU OWE THEM MONEY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT EVEN WARNING YOU.

THEY DID THAT TO ME AND MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND THEY ADMITED THEY WERE AT FAULT. IM STILL CHASING THE BANK CHARGES
