Bank charges

I have been charged ridiculous charges on my account that are not to be reversed. My account was allowed to transact beyond the account balance, of which I did not consent to it. For example I was charged R94 for a transaction of R132 which is unexplainable. This means I ended up paying R226 for goods worth R132. Very unsatisfied and feeling ****** by the bank for almost 3 years without knowing.
