Bank charges

I was charged R180 unpaid fees for a debit order that doesn't reflect on my account with reference #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON 25/04/ which is very strange as my salary is paid on 25th monthly. How is the debit order unpaid when my salary is paid? I have logged a complaint on reference *** on 09 May 2025 and no one has contacted me.
