Bank charges

For quite some time I have been trying to review my bank charges. Today I find out that it includes a speedpoint free rental. I have been paying rental for a speedpoint for many years and no one told e that. Paying exuberant bank charges. I gave up the speedpoint three years ago because of the charges. When I try to go on chat, I do not get proper answers and the chat disconnects the whole time. So let us do this via mail. I am not going to waste airtime and business time on phone calls. I want all in writing
