bank charges

Something new that I have learnt is that fnb has a fnb overflow Premier account which allows you to purchase yet there is no funds but guess what my unpaid items fee is 625 which is dam ridiously.Called them from 9am this morning 13/06/2024,spoke to Zikhele which didnt understand a thing I said then to Khumalo who transferred me to the premier acc department and rudely the lady cut me off.Why have a facility not approved by client and charge clients a huge few.Fnb the service is getting worst day by day.The secure chat is worst my god they understand nothing.I hope I have this resolved which I doubt.
