Bank charges

I recently had a situation at home, my sister was sick from Nov and eventually passed on in Feb and having been from Eastern cape residing in Johannesburg, this meant this situation messed up my budget as we had to take her in and out of hospital and later the Funeral, I agree this is not FNB`S problem. However what I find ********* is how they have taken advantage of the situation. My Debit orders were unpaid this month. The debit orders are as follow: FNB credit card, FNB revolving loan, FNB funeral cover, FNB overdraft charges,<br> <br> I was expecting that the debit order will have charges but not over R900.00 FOR UNPAID debit order. I have my car financed by FNB, have Bond with FNB, I have been with bank for about over TEN years but if this is how they capitalist on their clients misfortune I think its time to Switch bank as loyalty counts for nothing with FNB
