Bank charges

<p>i had an FNB cheque account account number ********** 0302 and was closed on the 13 May 2016 with the balance 12373.47 as per your statement</p> <p>- As per your email sent On the 05th May 2013 the bank took a decision to close the cheque account ********** 0302 and created a residual account ********** 345229 to reduce the bank charges (includes monthly account fees this) this is as per the bank’s process.</p> <p>Account was handed over to the attorneys interested was charged on the monthly basis, while the residual account ********** 345229 on the other side continues charges it monthly fee. i was being charged twice fro same account.</p> <p> </p> <p>residual account ********** 345229 was closed on the 1 May 2015 with the balance 15322.95 can somene explain to me why was the account being handed over to the attorneys and changed twice each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>before an of your consultant call can they please go through my file first and be able to answer all my questions</p>
