Bank charges

Complaint!!!!

Good day

Please note that i have been a long standing loyal client to fnb, i have a cheque account and a business acc.

My business went through a rough patch these last few months , i had debits that returned on my cheque acc, my balance is now sitting at negative 8k, i want to resolve this but i think this is unfair to be charged so much on bank charges. Please can you please sort out some kind of resolution because my business is back up and running and i want to sort this account out or i will need to find another bank for my personal and business account.
