BANK CHARGES

I am shocked and disappointed , i have always had an amazing service with FNB however to my surprsise after being advised by one their consultants at Northgate Branch that once i have paid off my cheque account,they will close it, which was not done, to my surprise Account has new charges after paying it off, i went to the branch to request the account to be closed, i was told that, i have to settle the charges again before they close it, mind you , i already have an active cheque account with them, so now i have 2 active cheque accounts that they are billing me for yet only one cheque account is in use, and 2 Savings Account, even with the Savings account, its meant to be one account, this is how they make money by charging me for 2 accounts of the same kind?? i am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
