Bank chargers

Good day

I m not happy with the service ,FNB submitted the debit order on the 24 ,i did not authorized debit order on the 24th i only get paid on the 25 please reverse the bank chargers of 115 that revolving loan decided to charger me for debiting funds on the wrong date
