Very disappointing service from FNB Northrand Road Blacksburg as usual. My wife went in to the branch to inquire about Forex,they had no clue as to how it works.Could not advise on fees and services available,eventually sent her away and told her to phone someone else.How can someone working for the bank not even know how the bank works.What a joke.I cannot believe that such a huge branch does not even have one person working in the bank who has some understanding about Forex and trading in different currencies. Abo****ely *********** bank,yet it's amazing how everyone understands how to offer you the most expensive account to open, which loan is available so they can charge you the highest initiation fee and most expensive rates.
