bank card and account upgrade on wrong account

I phoned FNB on september 17 to request an additional bank card, as well as upgrade one of my bank accounts.

When the new bank card arrived, it was for the wrong bank account, and the lady I spoke to on the phone had also upgraded the wrong bank account.

I have since ordered a new bank card for the new account. But I now want the account that was wrongly upgraded, downgraded again and any upgrade fees refunded.

and the account that was supposed to be upgraded, I want it upgraded, backdating to the 17th September. because I have since received a number of cash deposits into that account that there should have been no charges for if the account was correctly upgraded.

Hi, Thanks I see the cash deposit fees were reversed.
However, no one has phoned me back to let me know if everything has been resolved. The account that was wrong upgraded was charged for the new month and that fee has not been reversed. I would like to know if it has been downgraded yet?

Still not sure if this has been 100% fixed. No further feedback from FNB
