Bank card
Lost my bank card on 25th December 2024,app**** for a new one on the APP I was charged R160 card replacement fee. To date I still do t have my card every time I call or talk to someone there is a different story the card is at a branch but when I go to the branch the card is not there I have been without a bank card.since Christmas been to the branch so many times.

Thank you for your response but can I get a turn around time when will I get my bank card I will need to make payments such as school fees and my life has been difficult without a bank card that I paid for and still not with me this is nit fair I went to the balance more than 5 times spoke to more than 10 consultants with different stories.
