Bank cannot be trusted with due diligence in Card Management

FNB appears to becoming an expert in cancelling cards without informing the customer. This is becoming EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to the point that I'm starting to wonder about the competency of the bank in general. In January one of my credit cards was simply cancelled without any notification because a copy of my id was still outstanding. This meant that that I was stranded in the shop looking like a total idiot. To get the card activated again was also a mission. Big apology from the bank. Now come February and new credit and petro cards get loaded onto the system even though the expiry date is only Sept 2018. And guess what? The existing cards all get deleted from the system. No warning no nothing. So this time my wife puts in petrol and is unable to pay for it. I have to take off work to drive to the petrol station to pay cash which I got from someone. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If I cannot trust FNB with the proper control of my cards I will take my business elsewhere. How will the bank make this up to me? Another big apology ?
