I was shocked to discover that 4000 went missing from my account after I made a purchase at a retail store. I contacted FNB and was told that there was a glitch with the online system and once that’s sorted the correct balance will reflect. I went online to check my balance and the statement showed that the balance was supposed to be 10671 in my saving acc and when I went on the app my balance was 6000. O then contacted FNB and explained that the balance was not sorted. I will be cancelling my account with FNB after this.
