I’m highly disappointed in the service I’ve received from FNB. I have a case which was assigned to Lunga Bottoman , who then requested documents from me to which I submitted. To this day he hasn’t responded. Reached out to him through calls and emails he doesn’t respond. I went to the branch they told me they can’t help me only he can . But he’s unavailable so what must happen. My account is blocked with my funds in it . The account is locked but they don’t forget to take their monthly debits . Feels like a **** to me. This is so unprofessional of a big bank like Fnb.

26 Sept 2023, 12:10Thank you , my account was opened. However there were funds that I was supposed to receive on that account but they are not reflecting also no one told me what happened to the funds.
