Bank Bullies

What disgusting service from this bank. I am a private client of theirs, they charge me R385 every single month and over that, there is a service fee which i pay on top of this? I was going to let it slide but they charged me R360 for transactions which i swiped my card for (they tell me that the 3rd parties banked late, the amount for these 3rd parties was less than R100 - my arguement is that just because a 3rd party banked late -why should i be charged R120 per transaction?) Who the **** pays R900 for bank charges...

There are many banks out there will great value for money...
