Bank allowing deduction I did not approve on my account worth over R 10 000
So I got paid on the 25th, I still have my bills to pay which I have carefully drafted on a spreadsheet so I can make plan m finances properly, not to mention I pay my debts between the 25th and the 1st of the next month. Now the bank has taken out just over R 10 000 in my account, I suspect its the bank because the reference starts with "BANK ADJUSTMENT DR", which I assume they made a **** up and taking money from me, even if they are at no point was I called to be notified or warned so I can plan IF I AGREE, cause it's also the same principle of someone sending you money, you using it not knowing where it comes from or assuming its from somewhere else, you using it, then a month, a year, a decade later, they want their money back from the bank, the bank allows it to be taken from your account. ***??!?!
When I called them, I was told it would take about 7 to 10 WORKING days to respond to me, as if I have no bills to pay with that R 10 000. Imagine!
"We sent you the 10k twice, we were suppose to send you once, we apologize for not communicating, its your problem now, but we will not refund you"
Basically they stole money from my account, they refusing to pay me back, even after i said i can do a repayment plan with them. Still nope, it is my problem now, not theirs.. FNB for ya. 25 years with them, and it ends like this.
