Bank allow unauthorized debit orders to go off

So every month my bank which i do not only have one account with allow unauthorized debit orders to g off my account then my account reflects on a minus and i need to pay R100 plus per transaction that is unpaid. This is the 3rd month. Please can someone competent stop a d reverse these debit orders.
