Bank Adjustment Transaction

I am really getting Fed up with FNB now, after being falsely accused of ***** they went on to reserve R1810 from my cheque account, I tried to communicate with the lady who was in charge of that case and she only sent me one e-mail, responded to her and got no response thereafter.

To my surprise today I got an e-mail saying R1810 paid from my account and now it's in negative. How do you deduct the money I don't even have in my account rather than taking the one you reserved. The reserved money is still in my account but you went on and deducted the money that wasn't even there.

I have to pay my temporary loan and how am I gonna do that with my account in that excess of -1951 that's including bank charge fees.

After I pay my temporary loan I'm closing my accounts with you, I can't live like this having to complain everyday.

Please take the money you reserved and make my balance be normal that's all I'm asking for.

I was once happy at FNB, not anymore.

You definitely missing my point here. What I am saying there is R1810 that they reserved last year, why didn't they take the money they reserved back then rather than deducting R1810 the money I don't have in my account therefore putting my account in deep negative balance.
