Bank accounts have been frozen

My bank accounts have been frozen due to alleged suspicious ********** activity. I have tried contacting Samantha Trigaardt but all efforts proved fruitless. I do not know what the status is on the matter and what needs to happen to have it resolved. Even lodging a complaint through their channels did not bring out any results. I have sacrificed so much to reduce my debts so that i could qualify for a 100% bond when i finally apply for one. I have cashed in my son's endowment investment at Liberty in order to pay off my car, i used monies received from SARS after filing my return and the little bonus i received this year to pay off my loans and reduce the balance owing on my credit card. At one point i took a temporary loan almost every month to pay off the debts. My salary gets paid into the cheque account that i have held since i became staff back in 2011. I do not hold any other bank account in my name and the biggest frustration i am having is how am i supposed to pay off the same credit card they are now forcing me to live on whilst they have frozen the account where my salary gets paid. I have 2 children in my primary care that live with me and the youngest is 6 months old. What should then happen if i cannot pay the rental since FNB has done everything possible to block my home loan application? How am i supposed to pay for my 6 year old school fees next year because his maintenance gets paid into the same account? Is the whole idea then to entrap us in debt with no possibility of having a decent asset such as a home? I work hard and long hours to earn a salary at the end of the month. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL I NEED TO DO TO LIVE ON A SALARY I WORK FOR!!!
