BANK ACCOUNTS FROZEN WITHOUT NOTICE

Upon receiving a warning from FNB on the 28th of May regarding our accounts being frozen on or after 01/06/2015, we immediately contacted our relationship bank manager to enquire about this and she advised we needed to submit the letters of authority and the amended Trust Deed, which we submitted over a month ago. A few days before our accounts got frozen we received a text message asking for proof of addresses of 3 Trustees. Unfortunately, our accounts office delayed for about three days or so and by the time we submitted them our accounts were already locked. We appreciate the efforts by our relationship bank manager to have our accounts unlocked, but it doesn't seem she has control over this. Besides being unable to carry out our daily operational activities, which among others include transporting patients with complications to faraway hospitals, on the 8th of July we have performances and running a very important exhibition at the GHT National Festival and the success of these activities heavily rely on us having money of which without we'll not be able to implement.

We hope you'll treat this matter with the sense of urgency it deserves and unlock our accounts immediately.
