Bank account verification

I've emailed FNB regarding my account with them being stuck on "Verification pending" to withdraw money from PayPal, but I never received a response. I inquired with PayPal(through calls) inquiries line but they told me that everything is done from their side hence I should contact Fnb support which I did by visiting a branch near me. But they couldn't be much of assistance, I sat there for more than 3 hours and yet they didn't help.
