Bank account frozen. No notification, unbelievable

My daughter runs her own business. Today FNB Broadacres decided to freeze her account as she is over 18. She turned 18 two years ago. No call was received from FNB advising her that she must open a different type of bank account, no SMS, no email, no letter. Surely this is against her constitution. How can a bank just freeze access to money that is yours?
