Bank account frozen for no reason.

My account has been on hold since Dec 2023, I went to the branch ,they told me my account is under investigation and they provided me with a ***** line number to call but I am not getting any assistance they keep saying my account is under investigation and they do not have much information to give me. It’s like they want me to give up on my money to say I’m ****ed is an understatement. I am really disappointed in this service provider and I want my money now. I do not have any concrete information or direction on this matter to date.
