Bank account frozen despite FICA documents submitd

On the 05th March 2015 I received an sms warning that my business account was about to be frozen for FICA non compliance. This is after i electronically submitted the required documents in November 2014. Following the sms, I called the provided number only to be told that someone will call back. 5 hours later someone did call and informed me not to worry everything was fine. I asked if she was sure and she said YES. Three days later the account gets frozen and still no one is telling me why. Today (09th March) I went to by branch (FNB Carlswald) to enquire and they don't have answers for me.
