Bank Account frozen

The company business account has been frozen for over two months now. Initially consultants at FNB told me to upload Fica documents which I did. Reference Number: REF:***.

Issue was not resolved and I was told to upload documents on my business profile buy uploading documents under compliance. There is no option to upload documents on my profile.

thirdly I was told that my addressee don't match and a consultant will call me and we would resolve the over the phone. THAT NEVER happened.
