*** Bank!!

FNB is becoming one of the worst banks. The benefits have deteriorated. This thing of #items paid no funds is bull****. I've used this bank for so many years now they are ****ming me. I'm considering moving to another bank and canceling all policies I have with them.

Worse, I supposedly have a private banker by the name of Ndabezinle Mbatha. He doesn't pick up my calls or answer my emails. Yet I'm paying for the service to have a private banker on speed dial.
