I went to fnb mams on 5th of March 2020 to deposit R2000 the system went off but took the money and gave me the receipt for unsuccessful. The teller helped me to fill the form promise to refund the money as it was for emergency i never received a call from them until i went to thw branch on 9th of March when i get there they started to check my form and give me reference number and they said i will receive my money midnight then i didn't receive it and went back to the branch on the 10th of March to find out they tell me the same story again that I will receive my money midnight and they don't even bother to call me to update me what's going on. I am so frustrated because that money was supposed to pay for my child school fees i tried to explain to them but the attitude was very bad i am going to close account of fnb and open account where i will receive better service i am so frustrated the way they don't care about their clients
